The hotel is quite close to the airport tram. That was convenient.

I found some staff to be rather rude. my husband questioned the price of drinks, and he received a condescending comment about whether he knew this was a four-star hotel. I mean, really? also, the drink prices are extortionate. Eleven euros for a pint?

The location is near the airport. The tram and train are a short walk. The train provided quick access to the main station! Monaco was also easily accessible. The staff was friendly and competent. The room service was excellent.

We received only two bottles of water on the first day and there wasn't a convenience store for purchasing more.

the location offered very convenient access to the tram and train lines. it was a short walk from the airport. the breakfast options included were quite good and offered variety..

i had to move rooms due to a noisy fan in the bathroom. a staff member argued that i should tolerate the noise. i was instructed to leave keys to the old room at reception immediately after the move.. i felt embarrassed by this treatment.
